This can be a serious issue yes but I don’t think Gautam made it with the intentions of breaking the copryright laws or to be an imposter I think he was aiming for a more free way to play as we all no geogusser is no longer free

I do think that gauntum did not make the game with the intention of copyrighting, but I also think this could be a future problem simply bc of the fact that they are so similar . If he would have changed some of the charecteristics of the game, like the name , I think it would make his chances of getting copyrighted alot less
