The game isn’t letting me log in, all of my stuff is gone now, Please help! It keeps saying, “Unexpected error” What do I do?

So, I try and go into the game, but it doesn’t show my skins, and there’s this thing at the top, it says log in, so I go to log in, and it’s autofilled, but when I press the “LOG IN” Button, there’s a little pop up that says, unexpected error, please try again later. I dunno what to do!!!
try clearing your cookies and reloading the page
How do you clear cookies?
in chrome click the lock then click cookies then click remove until the list is empty
