only 19 people are eligible to be team captain(i think) the first 19 people who signed up

On thursday. they will pick 10 people secretly (as in a group message between the team leaders), then the top 1 or 2 captains will get extras if it’s not divisable by 3 (E.X, #1 get’s shinobislayer), then they are announced
