I sorta feel like the reason skins aren’t being made that much anymore is because of increased standards. Many skin creators aren’t really making skins anymore because the quality limit to get into the game is much higher. I also feel like it kinda is also because of the summer, and that less skin creators are active.

A lot of skins that don’t make it into the game are fairly high quality, but just needed a bit of improvement. Sometimes, the creators don’t take the time to try to improve it, and sometimes they don’t even receive feedback at all.
