I think this is something good, but my question here is does your score dissipate over time to offset the harsher punishments?

No your score stays the same it can only increase it doesn’t dissipate make that a suggestion over at www.meta.discourse.org that can help.

It needs to be on confirmed flag not on flag otherwise we could worsen false flagging and worsen the effects of that system glitch where it flags stuff for no reason and without explanation
