nobody forced them they they joined because they THOUGHT they had too
If i had a 1v1 against a MV clan member and they said if i lose, i have to join the MV clan, i would simply choose not to, as i do not want to join anymore clans

yes and even if you 1v1’ed and lose you could just no join lol theres nothing really making you join
