Hello, as you have all recently learned we currently have a bug with our chat, allowing people to @all everyone. This is currently a problem we cannot resolve as it is a bug with in the plugin we use, we have contacted the owners and their doing their best this fix this. Now we have been doing 1 day suspensions warning people to not use it and limited chat to only trusted users but it seems like this plan has failed. I think we can all agree that we are sick and tired of this and I’ve decided to move up SUSPENSIONS TO 5-10 DAY BANS. Understandably we may reduce suspension time to those who obviously accidently used it once, but this shall be the new standard. I hope I wont need to suspend anyone else.

i respectfully disagree with you, no one should need to ping @ all in the first place.
as I mentioned before accidental @ pings will have a reduced suspension
