rules in the forum

I have been here for a pretty long time, but no one told me the rules
for example, can’t use @all(sorry for using it here)
and other rules that would get you banned or silenced…

its ok the issue is solved also ipaddy named himself all so if anyone tries to ping all, it would go to him
