I mean, spawn killing is not that much of a problem.
I like the idea, maybe it could be evolved like something like different biomes which give different advantages to different evolutions?

Dont make biomes target each evol. Just make it affect overall player stats. Making it effect evol is too much work and too complicated to keep track of than one biome makes u string and one makes u fast etc.

My idea would be decreased player spawn rates for areas with bigger players.
