Improve Vampire Evolve

Currently Vampire is very weak, with very low health and it’s leech ability is pretty poor. So I propose a change to its stats:

normal, no boost:

maxHealth: 1 // increase from 0.85 which made it almost 2 shot with warrior ability
leech: 1.2 // increase by 0.1

boost:

leech: 1.4 // 0.2 increase
speed: 1.8 // 0.1 increase
