not really because anyone could make an idea, its so easy, making the skin takes much more effort, i dont think the person who had the idea should get credit, but if its just for reference then its fine.

ehhhh, nah bro, i could literally think of a good 10 ideas off the top of my head in at max 5 mins, making 10 skins on the other hand would probably take a good 7 hours in total
