if you’re on ipad i highly recommend amadine, it’s free (with paid options of course) and one of the best software for making skins on mobile

Im using adobe fresco rn but im going to check it out since adobe isn’t the best however unfortunately I can’t download stuff on this I might actually ask IT tbh they’re pretty chill after all
