Can you mind telling me more details in the private chat?
How much coins did you have when it happened?
Were you lagging before it happened, or was it sudden?
Were you sending a chat message right when it happened?
Were you selecting an evol / leveling up right when it happened?
These things help me narrow down the reason why this is happening so I can fix it asap.

Alright I have made some code changes and pushed to the Europe server
People try going on the europe server and see if you still get disconnected there. If you do, pls let me know asap.
If all goes well I will make these changes in USA as well.

no i played for around 2 hours on that server and have been disconnected

m really hating it. In crowded servers its hard to level up and when u do u have to restart.

Also there is a known bug where a profile page displays different XP than leaderboard.
The leaderboard is the correct XP. Profiles are shoiwng a lower amount of XP.
Ths will be fixed soon
