So, a lot of skins are being added and I think there should be a quality chart for skins so people can reference them when making skins. And to help skins stay consistent with quality. For Example:
S Tier: Really well drawn skin that took hours to make and it looks professional.
A Tier: Pretty good skin that has lots of effort put into it.
B Tier: A fairly decent skin that has some effort put into it.
C Tier: An ok skin that looks like it was made in 10 minutes.
D Tier: Very messy and doesn’t look that good.
F Tier: Garbage goes here or it has copywrite.
(C Tier and below don’t get added)

C skins are a little messy, but pretty good. your skin it messy which gets a C but theres great detail, so thats either a B or A.
Depending on how you look at it, its a C.5 or a B.
Now looking at it for even longer, i would give it a B
