so you can use a blockade if you are getting invaded or you are invading someone, it essentially cuts them off during the invasion

say someone is invading you, it takes 30 min to fully invade someone, so during that time, i can use a blockade to prevent their allies from helping them during the invasion. after the invasion, they can send help, even though it might not work.
